“We ordered 5 sets of solar shades for our new home and they look and work great. Value was good and we loved the customer service: When we realized that one of the measurements was off a bit (the size of the window frame varied on bottom vs top), we called customer service and explained the issue and they re-sent us a new shade free of charge (we only had to pay $15 for delivery), which was excellent! The only thing I would note is, that I rather would like to see Phillips screws delivered with the purchase instead of the slot heads (which make it much harder/impossible to use an automatic screwdriver)”

“My first purchase from Blindster, and I couldn't be more happy with the whole process. The measuring instructions were clear, the shades were manufactured quickly, the packing was very good, and the shades themselves were excellent. They've transformed my guest room, giving it a crisp contemporary look. This room has always been hot, due to the morning sun blasting the windows. The Solar Shades eliminated an amazing amount of the heat, making the ambient temp quite pleasant now. The 1 pct. opening allows just a bit of visibility of the outside, while still allowing privacy during the day. During the night, however, when interior lights are on, know that you'll need draperies to provide additional privacy. I am very pleased with the product, with Blindster, and will purchase from them again.”

“I called Customer Service before placing my order and spoke with a well-informed and helpful young man. He quickly sent me several samples. The on-line order process was very simple. I had shopped several stores and sites before making this purchase and found the shade to be very reasonably priced. The shade arrived on time. I was very pleased with the quality and my husband had it installed in under 10 minutes...who could ask for anything more!”
