“Long story short.. I ordered the wrong color of solar shades. Not only did Blindster take them back, but remade them and gave me the current lower sale price! When they were mistakenly sent to the incorrect address, the customer service rep drove them herself to UPS to have them overnighted to me as I was under a time constraint! This is my second order from Blindster and I will buy from nowhere else!”

“Historically have used custom-made window treatment companies. This time D-I-Y, with professional results. Minor issue with a broken plastic tab, but since the blinds were going to be raised/lowered very infrequently, it didn't compromise the end result. Color great, instructions easy, install easy.”

“Good value shades for the price. Easy to install and they look great. These are a quite tight on the roller, but if you use a firm grip they roll okay.”

“I had 2 8ft sliding glass doors, put 2 shades on each. In future I would order 1 shade for each. To much for a senior to install”
