“I initially ordered a Fabric Roller Shade from Blindster. I added the hard to find scalloped hem. The shade was a perfect fit but seemed to have a defect in the material. I contacted Blindster and it was replaced without any problems. I would definitely recommend Blindster to anyone considering ordering custom shades. Their customer service department was awesome and kept me posted as to the status of delivery with the new shade. Very happy with my purchase.”

“It's a great product, and was easy to install.... Even over an existing Hunter-Douglas shade. Only wish the ":Room darkening" attribute was a little better. Bought a white shade to match the decor, but the opaque quality of the shade was not enough to 'darken' the room... Too much .sunlight still got through. Other than that, it's a Thumbs Up...”
