“Just what I ordered, looks good. There were no specific installation instructions for the blind itself - only lots of instruction for attaching the cord tension device. There are only two brackets, so if you have a double digit IQ its not hard to figure out - just test them for the right position while the blind is on the floor, and be sure to measure the distance between them very carefully.”

“Husband and I both measured,45 in. width and we received 44 in. Also we received 2 mounting brackets, BOTH were the SAME ( both had round holes !! one was suppose to have a round hole and one a slit ) we used our old bracket, also because the width was wrong, my hubby had to reverse a bracket.”

I was sorry to hear that you are having problems with your shades. We will get the correct brackets sent out to you right away. Sometimes customers are not aware that you should order roller shades by the maximum width which is at the top of the shade (bracket to bracket width). The fabric will always be 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch less than the ordered width. If this is what happened, we can have a new shade made to the correct width under our Fit or Free Policy. We will pay for the new shade, you just pay $15 for shipping plus the price difference for the new shade (if any). If the factory made a mistake, we will remake the shade for free. Just send us a photo of the width of the fabric on your shade with a tape measure showing the width measurement (both the whole width and a closeup of the total measurement). “I'm a general contractor and I purchased these shades to go over to glass French doors from the master bedroom into the bathroom to allow for some privacy when one homeowner was using the facilities the install went as planned however the shade quality is so poor that they curl up at the edges don't cover the windows all the hardware is expose and there's nothing to hide the fasteners”

I'm sorry you are not happy with your shades. I will need more information to determine all the solutions. However, the fabric should not curl on the edges. The hardware does not come with a cover unless you order the cassette valance. Some of the premium roller shades will come with a snap-on cover for outside mount hardware. Roller shades are ordered by the widest width which is at the top from bracket to bracket. The fabric width will be 7/8 inches to 1 1/2 inches less than the ordered width. This may be why the shades do not cover the actual window opening. I will contact you by telephone to see if we can resolve your problems.
