Customer service was absolutely amazing on this order! I originally measured the door opening and did not account for the additional space for the valance; the customer service agents worked with me and a photograph that I sent to ensure that I had the right blinds. When my order arrived the original order was too short but contacting customer service was simple and easy and I was able to reorder my blinds in the correct size at minimal cost. They look absolutely amazing and I do plan to use Blindster again if I need blinds in the future.

It has been over a month since I ordered my blinds. I was billed immediately...but it took three emails an attempted phone call to see where my blinds were at in the process. Instead of someone picking up the phone to explain the delay...I got a brief email offering me a 10% rebate. That was two weeks ago. My suggestion, DON'T order if timing is everything.

I'm sorry for the delay in your order. This is definitely not a normal situation. Unfortunately, our order processing system did not process orders to one of our factories correctly on the day you ordered your blinds. To make things even worse, we did not know about this problem until our customers that ordered on that day started contacting us for status on their order. This is a one-time glitch that should not occur again in the future.

We needed replacement blinds for our home after a minor mishap with a new dog (large breed, rescue- was scared by a thunderstorm). We didn't have a lot in our budget, so we just wanted them to look nice/similar to the originals that came with our home. Glad we found Blindster -- can't beat the price and a good, straight-forward vertical blind. Thanks!
