“I had my elderly Mother measure for the blinds - they arrived too short. Due to the outstanding replacement policy of this company we were able to re-order at a minimal additional cost and they are now hanging in her home and looking terrific. As suggested by the company, we donated the original blinds which I think is an outstanding attribute of this firm. Thanks from two households!”
