“First I ordered just a few roman shades before I completed my 2nd floor of the home. The roman shades with cordless system were great, good quality, nice fabric. I then proceeded to order additional shades to complete the 2nd floor. I received them and was happy. One issue was that one of the shades was broken and the shade would not close evenly. I called customer service and they had me take pics of the damaged shade and then emailed me that a replacement shade was on the way. Not an issue at all, good customer service. Now I am just waiting the delivery of the one shade. I would use again in the future :) much more affordable than blinds to go, waiting time is just a little longer but worth the difference in price!”

“They arrived as promised and look very good. My mistake was not shining a light through the sample material to simulate the sun/streetlights, etc. It does change the color affect a bit. Really, the only reason I gave my experience 4 stars is that when I had a question, I called customer service and had to wait several minutes to reach someone, then she was not very knowledgeable. I knew more from reading online info than I gathered from talking to her.”

“The roman shade fits nicely. It blocks sunlight well for late morning sleeping. I'm slightly concerned the bracket system is not strong enough to support the length of the 72" window with long term use. Over time it might give out. Time will tell.”

“After receiving the samples, I ordered 6 custom sized window premium roman shades group A (Ashton Stripe Greysmoke) plain fold with standard privacy liner. Experienced excellent customer service and prompt turn around of my order. The shades are well made, look great and got a great deal over the competition!”
