“We are very happy with our blinds and they are easy to put up once you figure out the correct way the bracket is installed. The directions could explain things in a bit more detail or have an online video.”

“My husband and I purchased Roman Shades for 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom and were very happy with the quality and fit. We also ordered vertical blinds for 2 rooms. The color/material options seemed small but we were happy in the end with the product. Customer service was very helpful when one blind was damaged in shipping.”

“Material is lovely, shade did not fit properly and folds did not fall properly. Installation would require my husband to modify the top board. Called about "free remake" guarantee. Was told it would cost $15 shipping fee plus $35 remake fee. Questioned about "free remake guarantee", no response. Asked if cornice available. Told they don't make them, but would sell me more material to have one made for $46 a yard. Very disappointed and frustrated that free one time remake was guaranteed, but then told total cost of $50 would be required. Will certainly not order rest of window coverings here!!”
