“I purchased the cordless version of the soft fold Roman shades. My previous orders were corded soft fold Roman shades. I was not completely satisfied with the cordless fit into the window and the way the fabric hung. I waited a little over a week to see if the fabric would relax. I called Blindster and talked to Lisa. She offered for Blindster to remake the blinds in the corded version. I paid for shipping and the replacement blinds are on there way. What a great guarantee from Blindster.”

“First order came with dirt spots and wrinkled, unable to press. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. Installation was easy.”

“I am quite happy with the Roman blinds. Though they were not the easiest to install. It took us around an hour to install but all the pain is worth it. Love the fabric but I wish they had ironed the fabric before sending it.”
