“It looks very nice and darkens the room fairly well when closed (standard privacy liner). This is my second purchase for the same window. The first blind lasted about six years, with daily opening and closing. That's the reason for four stars instead of five. It doesn't feel like it lasted very long, but like I said, it was opened and closed every day.”

“This was my first time ordering blinds or shades online so I only ordered one window to begin with. Once I received these Roman shades, I was so impressed with the quality and the fit, which was spot on! The shades come well wrapped and packaged and ready to hang, with no ironing or steaming required. I ordered the light filtering lining because I still wanted natural light to come into the room during the day. For sleeping, though, I added blackout curtains that can be pulled across these shades to provide a darker environment. It does take two people to mount the shades because the holes are on the underside of the header and are a little tricky to get to unless someone is holding the shades out of the way while the other person attaches the header into the wall with the two, long screws that are provided.”
