“My wife and I are very happy with the Motorized Bamboo Woven Wood Shades we purchased for our living room. They were very easy to install and operate, and look great! The customer service team is also very helpful! I had a small issue getting linking one of the blinds to the remote, and called the support number. After three rings, someone answered the phone and had me up and running in just a few minutes. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to go through a menu, or wait on hold for a long time. With the exception of my order being delayed, I had a very good experience. Thank you Blindster team!”

“This is the second time I have purchased motorized blinds from Blindster. I had forgotten that one has to order the remote separately. They sent one and programmed it for the 3 blinds. I will only order my blinds through this company and I will only order the motorized version. Customer service will walk you through any problems. This company, their products and their people are great!!! If at 73,I can order and install, so can you!!!”

“These same blinds were quoted to me locally for 1: $3365 2 $ 1800 The half off sale was Less than $700!! Measured and cut perfect, installed myself in 1 hour wife is Sooo Pleased!!”

“I heard their ad on a local radio station and thought I'd give it a try for one of our guest bedrooms. I'm a 72 female with a husband who is now unable to do these sorts of DIY projects. I watched the video on how to measure and sent in my order. I was a little confused when the shades arrived but they walked me through the charging process. Fortunately, the existing hardware was a perfect fit for the smaller shade. I got it up; it was programmed at the plant to go up and down and it works beautifully. I wasn't so lucky with the hardware on the larger shade and had to have a handyman take down and put up the new hardware. Again, it works beautifully. I would recommend the motorized shades and this company. I understand now that a motorized shade is a much gentler action than the inconsistencies of a person raising and lowering a shade by hand. The two shades cost a fraction of the cost of custom shades I had purchased 5 years ago from Home Depot.”
