“These Levolor blinds are really nice. We purchased the warm white color which looks great with our other colors. I only wish the mechanisms to open and close them were metal instead of plastic. They let in light but offer total privacy. I am very pleased with this product.”

“Top down, bottom up blinds were ordered for my 95-year-old, who has impaired vision. I was out of town when the blinds were delivered, and my brother installed the blinds, not realizing the shipping error. So now she has blinds, but not the style that was the reason for the purpose. Delivery was slowed because Blindster recommended a fabric sample. A 95-year-old woman waited an unnecessarily long period for the wrong merchandise to be delivered. I might recommend LEVELOR to friends in the future, but I will never recommend Blindster to anyone!”

“Recieved the shade without enough mounting brackets to install it. Called customer support, they said they would send the parts, been a week now .... no parts. So the installation is delayed a week so far.”

“We ordered 6 new Levolor light filtering double cellular shades, 4 of them top down option added in extra. The website was easy to follow with measuring instructions for outside mount. And a representative followed up with me by email after placing the order to make sure we had added the extra length for outside mount. We installed them ourselves in just a few hours. We love them!”

“Bought two shades to replace same broken 12-year olds. New ones only slightly different, and work great. However, the brackets that came with it did not fit at all. Fortunately, my old brackets worked fine.”
