“Quite easy to use for beginners. Used it on a Himalayan trekking. As soon as you get symptoms of blisters you can follow the flow chart and you will know which bandage to use or which procedure has to be done. Kept my feet happy”

“A compact kit light enough to taking on hikes. The contents seem to be good quality and there is a bit of room to add some more first aid items like bandaids, scissors, extra wipes etc.”
