I have walked most of my 65 years and have had plenty of blisters over the years. Engo patches and blister kits are the best. I buy them for my friends.

Quite easy to use for beginners. Used it on a Himalayan trekking. As soon as you get symptoms of blisters you can follow the flow chart and you will know which bandage to use or which procedure has to be done. Kept my feet happy

Looks like a very comprehensive kit, nice and small and lightweight too. Haven’t had to use it yet but it is already in my day hike back back.

A compact kit light enough to taking on hikes. The contents seem to be good quality and there is a bit of room to add some more first aid items like bandaids, scissors, extra wipes etc.
