“I have suffered from blisters on the bottom of my feet when running over 100km. I have tried changing shoes and socks every 50 to 60km and that has been the only thing that has worked till now. “This product worked for me. I went on a hiking trip a couple months ago and came back with a big blister in the middle of my foot. After putting this patch on the insole of my hiking shoe I went on another hiking trip - no blister! Amazing!”

“I walk approx. 14,000 steps per day in xero shoes. In the past I would have huge blisters in the front part of my feet. I would wear holes into my socks, insoles and the soles of my shoes. With these patches have saved my insoles, socks and feet! So glad I have these in my life!”

“The blister pad greatly reduces friction that I was having in my shoes. It is a little slippery but the adjustment is minimal. It stays in place and I don't notice it at all when walking at a moderate pace.”

“Works really well on 1/2 orthotics only the that has worked. Nothing else has believe me we have tried everything blister socks nothing has worked like these. Simple really!”

“Horrible blisters on the ball of my foot meant that I use to tape up every time I wanted to walk more than 15 km. After putting an Engo onto my innersole, I no longer needed to tape. I walked around 900km on the Camino Frances on the same ol' inners and now I'm back buying more for my next adventures on the Cape to Cape and Bibbulmun. Thanks!”
