I brought the tape before I headed out on a 100 mile South Downs Way hike. 3 days and 3 hours it took me. I was pretty pleased with that as I'm 55 years old. The tape I bought was absolutely perfect. I pre cut it all before I went so it was easier to apply if I needed to reapply on the hike. No blisters for me all thanks to this tape. I've recommended it to loads of people since completing my hike. It makes the difference between winning and failing. I'm a winner thanks to this tape. I've actually ordered some more so I'm covered for my next walk/adventure.

I probably put the tape through beyond-spec conditions, but I pre-taped my heel edges before running the Hardrock 100 mile (on a very wet course) and the tape started coming off by mile 30.

Hey Byron. Thanks for sharing your experience! Fixomull Stretch is probably the most likely of all tapes to stick, no matter how extreme the conditions. Believe it or not, donning and doffing socks is the most likely thing to lift an edge of the tape and roll it back. To lessen the chance, try a whole-heel technique like this one. ~ Rebecca

I received the wrong product. It was not the fixomull stretch tape. I received the non woven adhesive cover roll.

Hi Morgan. Fixomull Stretch and Cover-Roll Stretch are the same product sold under different names depending on which country you're in. In Australia, the UK and Europe, it goes by the former. In the US, it goes by the latter. So I can assure you, you've received the correct great product.

Being using tape as preventive measures for previous areas of recurrent blistering on the ball of the foot Works great-have to apply new tape prior to long walks

Fixomull is a thin tape that adheres well to toes, and remains in place even in wet socks and trail runners. If you have a blister you're trying to baby along, it's much better than other hiker remedies such as duct tape and moleskin in wet conditions. I've found that Fixomull is less prone to tear a blister as might happen if you used less stretchy product.
