“I had to replace my Gel Toe Caps because a member of my group had a blister and I gave her the Gel Teo Cap that was in my first aid kit. It was easy for her to apply, it enabled her complete the hike without pain and I felt good because I could help her.”

“I recently purchased the toes caps for my big toes and some for my other toes, as I have a pinch blister on both feet on the 2nd last toe, whilst they take some getting used to, they have definitely helped me so far. Word of warning, don't cut them too short as they then ride up and off whilst walking etc.”
