“A blister still started to develop during wear & also not helpful for existing blisters. I received an email from Rebecca after purchase and was asked to reply to have a chat or answer any questions (which i had) and never received a reply so customer service poor.”

Hi Jessica! I'm afraid I didn't get your email and had no idea about the trouble you had. I'm really sorry about that. Regarding the gel toe protectors lack of performance, you're right, I don't recommend them for already-damaged (blistered) skin, for reasons explained in the article below. Also, it is possible that a blister can occur or get worse after gels or any great prevention is implemented, because it takes up to 2 hours for the blister to fill with fluid. You'd be extremely unlucky to get a blister wearing our extra-thick gels, if you had them in place before the hot-spot stage. “I do a lot of long distant walking. I get pincher blisters on my pinkie toe. I tried the protector sleeve after making a lot of "homemade" sleeves for my pinkie. After many "homemade" failures, I've found a product that protects my pinkie, allowing me to enjoy my long distance walks.”
