This book is fantastic. I sat down and read several pages as soon as it arrived and then turned to the recipes. I fell in love with what I saw. Most people do not understand my love of Brussel sprouts and red onions. I can eat these everyday. I knew I needed to change my diet and eat healthier. I had already bought my seeds for my garden, but as I read through the recipes, I went back and ordered more seeds. I had to make up in my mind that I am worth it and deserve to feel and look better. I was getting a little discouraged because I have been asking my doctor for 2 years to help me find a plan to lose weight and I found the information about this book. I can feel it in my soul this book is what I have been looking for and I am gladly about to embark on my journey to a healthier me!

So nice to see a black farm in California with such beautiful vegetables and preserves. I grew up in Texas. Definitely a place I want to visit one day.
