“I ordered 2 number balloons for my boyfriends birthday, but when they turned up I noticed I had been sent the wrong numbers. Although this was disappointing, I received excellent customer service when I contacted them about the issue. They immediately provided me with a full refund and were incredibly apologetic. I will definitely shop here again!”

“I ordered two large helium numbers for a 50th birthday surprise. I was disappointed that although I requested that the balloons arrived on a Monday, they were actually deliver the Saturday prior to this. One of the balloons was also pretty much deflated when I opened the box which was really annoying. They were both packed in the same box and the weights were tangled round each other. I can only assume that the weights had damaged the balloons in some way whilst they were in transport. I think if they had been sent in separate boxes they would have been fine. I wouldn't really recommend buying these balloons I'm afraid unless you make two separate orders. Sorry!”

Hello Sadie, Thank you for taking the time to review and we are sorry to see that you were unhappy with part of your order. Deliveries for a Monday leave us Friday evenings on a 48 hour delivery and may occasionally arrive earlier as stated on our website. I cannot see an email from you regarding your deflated balloons so I am sorry that we were unable to rectify this. Our giant numbers are always boxed together, the chances of the strings tangling is less likely than if they were boxed on their own due to having less movement. Warm wishes Tilly
