“Great swim shorts for lap swimming. Excellent craftsmanship and stitching. Waist and draw string design are very good. Keeps you level while swimming in the pool and definitely gives a boost in speed. Like using a pull buoy with out the drag. Higher waist than others that I have used which keeps waist from bellowing out during flip turns. Only used three time (1 hour each time) but am extremely happy with them so far.”
“these "unisex" pants are all the same leg lenght regardless of size. that just doesnt work for everyone.
i am a petite woman and these are huge and cant cut the legs bc of the seams and padding.
please dont assume that everyone is the same length! I have owned 2 ZONE pants and one roku -which fit ok but these are huge and i order xs - will never be able to use regretfully- a waste of m”
Sorry to hear these did not work for you, we do our best to fit as many bodies as possible with our products and sizing. To clarify, the LIFT shorts are not all the same length. Similar to our wetsuits, the legs get longer as the sizes get larger. The shorts are designed to be long, and should end at about your knee. Each size increases by about 1.5cm. All shorts can be trimmed if they are a bit too long, with the XS size allowing for about 1.5cm trimming (to leave a buffer before the foam seams). Remember all our products come with a 30 day return period. As long as you have not modified the shorts, they can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, so you're never at risk of wasting money by purchasing with Blueseventy.
“This is the first pair I have ordered. I ordered the XXL and found that the crotch was not deep enough, which surprised me as I am within the parameters outlined.”
Sorry to hear these were not a good fit. Remember we have a 30 day return policy and you can return any gear even if tried on or swam in. The Lift shorts, while having a higher waist than the previous model, still sit low on your hips, several inches below your waistline.
“The Lift shorts are well made and have improved my swimming times by more than 10% (amazing). The sizes seem to be limited to 38 inch waist, suggest that they make larger sizes for bigger waists. That said, my only real complaint is the price. A price of $120 is egregious!! Cut your price in half, you'll more than double your sales and there will be plenty of profit to grow into a mainstream retailer.”
“After ~20 years of training using a pull buoy to simulate wearing a wetsuit for triathlons I am very happy with these shorts! I like the higher waist, the beefy waist cord and just the right amount of buoyancy. I actually am now kicking during my swims. I tried brand x and returned them due to the short waist and awkward buoyancy that didn't get me flat in the water.”
