“I did not notice the 2 packs of alternate nose bridges when I opened the box. (If there were instructions, I did not read them since, heck, these were simply goggles). Bit I had specifcally gotten these goggles after searchimng the internet for goggles that fit people with deep set-eyes. (Other goggles have bridge strap edges that cut into my nose bridge). After buying a previous pair from you (another style) that fit well out of the box, I looked for something similar, but which might offer more UV protection, since I do my laps in an outdoor pool in a sunny state. Suggestion 1: make goggles like these but with even more sun/UV protection.
The bridges that these came with (installed) were too small for me. I was ready to return them when the little packets of alternate briges dropped out of the box. 2: Mark alternate bridges more prominently. Replacing the bridges with the alternates was a huge task involving two pairs of pliers and a lot of force. (Yes - I did first watch a youtube video on how to take them off byemplying a subtle twist, but for one of the pairs, removal was nearly impossible. Likewise getting the new bridge in place involved a HUGE anount of force, even after securing the goggle in a vice. Suggestion 3: make the quality control of the bridge form more accurate so some bridges are not impossible to exchange. After I got the larger bridge installed, there was a new problem. The protruding wedge-shaped ends of the bridge with sharp edges cut into the inner sides of my nose (the pedicle tissue). Sice the placement of the lens is set by my eye socket geometry, I don't think a larger birdge will move this painful point of contact at all. suggestion 4: round the end-point edges of the brigde plastic and/or use softer plastic.
After all this , I am able to use them swimming, and so I thank you.”
