“I’m 6’2” and 175lbs and the ML fits perfectly. Nice and tight with little to no restriction in the shoulders. Felt great swimming in it yesterday. Having assistance putting it on is a must. Getting it off is easy. I don’t know if it will make me faster in non wetsuit legal swims, but it sure felt good swimming with it on so that’s something.
