“After training in Lake Erie East of Cleveland for several weeks, I liked the fit, form and function of this long-sleeve shorty. Attaching a buddy buoy line to the loop, I was preparing for a long distance swim (5 1/2-6 miles) back East on Long Island. Immediately I felt the advantages: 4mm neoprene, tapered and flexible shoulders for extensions, non-chafing collar, front end zipper, ease of fit and freedom for kicking. As this was a summer event in July, I liked the fact that had this flexibility but with the added protection of long sleeves. The interior pockets came in handy as well. Also, the orange back helped my kayaker identify my in the murky green-brown water of the Great South Bay. This afforded me security, safety and swimming ability. Buoyancy and pliability during the long slog across open open was a welcome relief. I highly recommend this model for triathlons, races and open water swims. My compliments to Blue Seventy for designing a great wetsuit. I'm also impressed with their accessory lines and other equipment. A first-class product portfolio.”
