this is a big purchase for me as I pay $1.39 exchange and don't take this purchase lightly. this suit is floatier than my previous suit purchased in 2018. but maybe I can't remember what my old suit felt like when it was new. I hope this suit lasts a little longer than my other 4 suits which only lasted about 2-3 years. and by the end they were mostly repair glue. My 2018 suit got a 2 year holiday with covid so lasted a little longer but it is currently rotted out in all seams and the shoulders. I rinse my suits after every swim and do not leave them to dry in the sun. I swim only in fresh water so only salt water if I race somewhere out of my region. I like the fit and the floatation of Blue Seventy. I find the zipper awkward when I have no assistance to get it on. They predictably only last 3 seasons - and I live in Canada so the swim season is about 4-5 months a year. I have found dealing with your warranty dept in the past frustrating and humiliating but fingers crossed this suit won't need your assistance. Feedback is a gift - use it wisely.

Love the feel of this wetsuit -- it's well worth the money! I'm a marathon swimmer and debated whether or not I should buy this wetsuit for over a year -- I already have the Fusion (which I consider to be far too restrictive to wear anymore) and the Glide (which isn't quite warm enough for extended winter swims in the SF Bay). The Helix has been the perfect suit for 2-3+ hour training swims as I acclimate back to cold water -- no chafing or restriction even on first wear. My only complaint is the zipper placement. The top zipper design makes it impossible for me to zip this on my own and I often have to ask for help.
