“I am so delighted with this suit. It fits like a glove, no chafing either under the arms, or around the neck. And of course it is toasty warm. Perfect for my frame - WMS 5'4" 128lb”
“I am beyond happy with this wetsuit! It replaced one that I’d had for 9 years. I lost some weight so my old one was too big and had a lot of nicks it in. When I first opened the box I looked at it and almost sent it back. It looked too small and I thought “No way is this going to fit me”. Thank goodness I tried it on. It fits so perfectly!!! I went with this one based on a friend’s recommendation because she is someone who does the research when she buys things. I guess I found my new brand!”
“I am very happy I ordered the size I did. According to the sizing charts I should have ordered another size up because it’s based on weight alone. My number on the scale doesn’t reflect my size as I’m a crossfitter and have a decent amount of muscle mass. I am broad shouldered so I’m glad I went with the sleeveless. The suit fits absolutely perfect so whenever races resume I’ll be wearing this in my Ironman 70.3.”
“I had initially bought another brand’s wetsuit because it was cheaper, and after one swim in it I immediately regretted it. It was so restrictive and I was constantly fighting the suit, like swimming with a straight jacket on! I decided to give BlueSeventy a try after reading positive reviews and MAN what a difference! Went for a swim today and it was lovely. Kept my hips up better and actually made me swim faster! I’m kind of between sizes (5’6” 140 lbs) putting me on the top end of WM and bottom end of WML. I went with WML since the WM was sold out. Worked out fine. If I was a competitive swimmer I’d probably want a more snug fit but the WML was comfy and made it really easy to put on. Thank you BlueSeventy! Beautifully fitted suit.”
“I have tried several brands of wetsuits, not for triathlons but for whitewater rafting in frigid waters (read snowmelt). Every wetsuit was a disappointment, until I found blueseventy's Athena sizing. I have very thick thighs and booty for days. I am VERY curvy and it seems like most wetsuits are made for women with the bodies of skinny teenage boys. I didn't know about Athena sizing at first, so I ordered this wetsuit based on my weight through Amazon. I was able to wrangle it on with a lot of tugging and pulling, almost dislocating elbows and shoulders as I went along. And if I sat down (which you do for hours when you are whitewater rafting) it was extremely restrictive and cut off circulation to my legs. I returned it thinking it was just another dud. But I really liked the fabric they use, and that stayed in the back of my mind. A few months went by (and several other wetsuits were ordered and returned), and I circled back to blueseventy, just based on the fabric of their suits. I decided to order directly from their website, and low and behold, I found their Athena sizing!!!! I wasn't holding my breath, as I had been so disappointed with so many orders and different brands. Well, it fit like a glove. The fabric is smooth and stretchy, and bends with your body. I have so far tried it on the Colorado River and an alpine lake, and will be using it on the frigid Dolores and Animas Rivers in Colorado this weekend! I am so happy with the fit and performance!!”
“Suit is great for our water temps. I have both long sleeve Helix and short sleeve Reaction wetsuits. They are the best. Fit me like a glove. Other brands are so tight I. The chest I get claustrophobic in the water and can’t breathe. Blueseventy wetsuits are the bomb! No problem with breathing.”
“I have had several tri-suits, and I am very impressed with my Blueseventy. The cut of the sleeveless fits in all the right places, the sizing was perfect, and the warmth was spot on. I highly recommend it for races you don't need long sleeves.”
