“This was the second one I had to order as they come to small. and the quality is not as good as it looks in the photo. The sizes stated would make me a large fit, which I ordered first, even the XL was tight. I ordered this waistcoat for next day delivery, it didn't arrive. On contacting Blue Banana I was told my delivery details were wrong. They weren't. I was told by Blue Banana to contact the delivery firm, a near impossible task! Finally, having got through to the delivery firm, I was told they were looking for a business address not a private address., still can't fathom that one out! The postcode I had given was correct so I fail to see the reason for non delivery. The best they could do was offer the following Monday, a whole week after I had ordered it. Come Monday it didn't arrive. The tracking came up with same excuse - incorrect delivery address. By now I was getting very irate as this was needed for a show. After a rather pointed telephone call to the delivery firm it was delivered the following day. I know that the delivery firm are mainly at fault here but Blue Banana not following my complaint through is not satisfactory and I won't use Blue Banana again.”
