“The fake helpful customer service was super annoying. I thought I had found sticker printer I could partner with since the previous order experience was so positive. I question why you are doing this survey. Do you really want to know? Will you take any action to correct my problem? My problem is this: I placed a sticker order late on Oct. 11. I chatted with the chat bot to ensure I could get my order ASAP. I was advised to pay for SUPER RUSH shipping to ensure it would arrived by Friday 10/13 or Monday 10/16 a the latest. My proofs arrived on 10/12/17 early in the morning. I approved them right away with no changes. Then on 10/14/17 without hearing from your company, I emailed to check on the order. I was told "our system says your order will arrive on 10/17. What!? Why did I pay for the most expensive overnight shipping to not get my order in 3 days? I cannot trust your company or your shitty customer service.”
