“Hi the last response to my review is most definitely incorrect. No one has once tried to contact me even though I called numerous times and spoke to people who said they would get back to me but failed to do so. The email address you said I entered incorrectly on the form was correct, as I received the order form using that email. Again the information you provided is wrong: In your response it says: "Your order placed on September 30th is out for delivery and will be with you tomorrow, 7 working days after your order was placed, which is in-line with the delivery timeframe that was provided at the time of your order (our free delivery service was set as 7-10 working days at the time of your order" I booked for 5 working days free delivery not 9 days after I purchased the item. I am still waiting for my refund for an order I placed in July. The cabinet arrived today but is very poor quality as the key keeps getting jammed along with the wooden draw at the bottom. Ive spent nearly £500 with your company but received nothing but poor service and poor products! Please get in touch with me asap to resolve this. Alessandra ”

Hi Alessandra, we have persistently tried to get in contact with you since your first order, which had the incorrect email address on. Your most recent order had a different email address on, which seems to be correct as we have not had bounce-backs. We have also attempted to call you, as did our courier to arrange your initial delivery, however, we could only ever reach your voicemail. In order to address your concerns with your cabinet and the service you have received, please either email help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk or call us 0800 804 4760. Our opening hours are 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-3.30 on Fridays.

“I bought the desk to match this a few months ago and needed some lockable storage so ordered this. Service again was great, item turned up a few days later with no issues and i only needed to put the handles on. Looks great and has loads of space in the drawers to secure things away. Very happy”
