“Awesomeness right from first contact! Quickly answered questions and found the rack that was most suitable for my variety of boards and boats. Easy to order and quickly delivered. When it arrived it was perfectly packaged and free from damage. When building it was easy to put together on my own and when I had questions again they were answered quickly so it didn’t slow my build. Building it was easy with pre drilled holes and sections numbered for building easy. As an inexperienced person myself building it on my own they made the experience effortless. It works perfectly adjusting heights for race sups and flat boards.
My suggestion would be to include a set of build instructions and brakes casters would be a great optional extra to have which when I have time I will source and fit for ease of movement when constructed.
