“i ordered a box of the Peanut Butter Bars that my wife just loved after one sample. Well we had a bit of mix up and were accidentally sent the Vanilla Almond bars. I immediately reached out to Bocha Sweet and I explained that we were sent the wrong bars and understood that these things happen. Well first of all they responded immediately, and I mean within minutes. That was impressive. But then they did something that just made me fall even more in love with them. They simply said, "we apologize and the chocolate peanut butter bars are on the way". I was even willing to send the others back...but they just wanted to make it right! How awesome is that in today's world. Here is the cool part. So we got the right bars which again my wife loves...but I will be darned if those Vanilla Almond bars are pretty darn awesome too! Next time I am ordering a box of each! I don't think it was part of their strategy, but we will be ordering two boxes at time! They are fantastic! Thank you Denise and Bocha Sweet!”
