“The flavor and consistency are fantastic. I have two minor complaints:1. The cook time seems a bit low (possibly my oven)2. The muffins "deflate" after coming out of the oven. Possibly related to the cook time issue.But these are still one of my favorite Keto items and my entire family loves them!”
