By now most people know that agave syrup, maple syrup and honey are just as bad as sugar. And many, like me, hate the aftertaste of Stevia, let alone chemical sweeteners like erythritol, maltodextrin and others. BochaSweet has only ingredient: Kabocha Extract. Kabocha is a fruit and considered a Japanese "superfood."This looks and tastes like real sugar...perhaps I need one additional teaspoon than usual, to sweeten my tea or coffee. Great alternative!

I like that bocha sweet doesn't leave an aftertaste. Its great in coffee, hot cocoa, tea, baked pastry, hot porrridge, etc.

I truly can’t believe how much it really does taste like sugar and no aftertaste. Best sugar replacement but very expensive. Still worth buying.

I have been using Bocha for three years now. It does everything sugar does, but much healthier. I use it in/on anything that needs sweetening. I love it, and will use nothing else.

I really like this natural sweetener for Keto baking, whenever your recipe calls for Bocha Sweet. Whatever I make really tastes so much like sugar, without the calories and associated inflammation. Give it a try!
