This is the best tasting sugar substitute I've ever tried! It's only downfall is that it doesn't dissolve unless you heat it to boiling in milk, water, or other liquid. Then you have to adjust the recipe.

Customer service was great. I placed an order and needed delivery delayed a few days and Customer Service was very responsive. Love the product. I seem to have less intolerance to this sweetener than to many others. The taste is much more natural.

I absolutely despise stevia. The aftertaste is horrible and ,unfortunately, they put it in a lot of products.I have tried many of the popular sweeteners and ,of those I have tried, I love Bocha-sweet the best. One reviewer said they put 4 tablespoons(!) in a cup of coffee and glucose rose 20 points and back to normal in 2 hours. The most I ever use is 1 Tbl. in a mug cake and I don’t have these often. I have also tried their yellow cake mix. It is very expensive but worth it as I don’t have to buy huge bags of almond flour, xanthum gum, psyllium husks, etc etc. to make a small cake. This would have to be an infrequent treat as even on low carb it would be easy to eat the whole thing. I divided the mix in 4 parts as the whole mix requires 4 eggs so then I use only 1 egg and a fourth of the butter. That is all I bake at one time in 2 small ramekins. For me, Bocha-sweet doesn’t cause the digestive upset that others have experienced so I guess you have to experiment with sweeteners to see which ones you can tolerate and taste good to you without impacting glucose and insulin.

This tastes exactly like sugar! It is a little pricey.
