“The best sugar replacement on the market hands down. I use bocha in my coffee every morning and it taste so yummy. No bitter after taste what so ever. I made a batch of cookies and substituted bocha and my whole family loved them. I used to be in love with cane sugar until I found this. I will never go back to anything else other than bocha.”
“This is a wonderful product. I am prediabetic, very close to having diabetes, and have had to give up so many foods just to avoid going on medication. I love to bake! This product has enabled me to begin enjoying some of the sweets I miss so much. I use it in baking just like sugar...it tastes as close to sugar as anything I've tried and I've tried many, many different brands. It's pricey and I'm hoping they can bring it down but to me, this is more than a sweetener. My blood sugar has gone down drastically. I'm finding this works like a supplement for me so it's worth the expense.”
“Great sugar substitute, does not have that horrible aftertaste of other sweetenerCarbs are not metabolizedUse use measure for measure as regular sugarOnly problem is it is very expense”
“Trying to find a sugar substitute that is low in carbohydrates is HARD. Most have a distinctive aftertaste and/or unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects. Another problem is that different people will experience different effects, so there's no "one size fits all" substitute. BochaSweet is one substitute that, at least for me, does not appear to have an unpleasant aftertaste OR some of the intestinal effects one might experience. Your mileage may vary, as they say.Powdered BochaSweet is GREAT for making low carb, no bake style desserts. For example, mixed with cream cheese and a little vanilla it makes a delicious no-bake cheesecake filling. The fact that it can be used in a 1:1 ratio as you would with regular powdered sugar is very convenient, because I have been able to replicate a number of my old favorite recipes and make them low carb. But as with many other sugar substitutes, it is quite expensive. At around $20 per pound, it is almost TWENTY TIMES more expensive as powdered sugar; however, as much as I would like to I don't eat powdered sugar-based recipes every single day. I find the high cost is not too onerous when you consider how much you will use in a given month.Ultimately, this should be regarded as just one sugar or sugar substitute that you might find in your pantry. For example, you mix it with regular powdered sugar to LOWER the carb count, if you aren't too worried about eliminating them completely. Of all of the substitutes I have tried so far, however, this is my favorite.Update June 2020: I'm not sure why, but this has suddenly started giving me the kind of gastric distress others have spoken about. It seems fine in small quantities, but then I used it to make buttercream for a cake. One slice of cake was enough to send me to the bathroom within minutes. I ended up throwing almost the whole cake away.”
“I just ordered my second bag. (I do put it in a jar when I get it)I and my family love it. My hubby is diabetic so we finally found the perfect sweetener. It’s not pukey sweet and no cooling effect. My family likes Allulose too but not as much as Bocha Sweet.I’ve invested lots of money and making Amazon wealthy trying many sugar alternatives so I think I have a handle on these sweetener and if it will effect the glucose, and also taste is key too. We love Bocha Sweet.Since we are on house arrest by the government due to the virus I’ve had time to play in the kitchen and make jelly for the family because the store bought sugar free stuff is not to our liking so I avoided them. My homemade jelly is a hit and now my friends and extended family want my jelly. Hum..... wondering if I can get this Bocha Sweet wholesale???I think I’ve hit on something BIG!!!Bocha Sweet is a game changer.”
