“These pancakes were delicious. I made waffles in a small Dash waffle maker. I haven’t had any bread like products in a long time and I liked them just as much as regular pancakes. I got them off bochasweet’s website along with other items. They’re cheaper there but you would need to spend $60 for free Shipping. So it probably comes out the same.As far as value for money, they are expensive but I would prefer to just buy delicious pre- made mixes then have all these HUGE bags of almond flour coconut flour, xanthum gum, husks, sweeteners, etc etc etc. that I currently have. I will never use them all up. I am only making one or two servings not whole keto cakes or bread recipes that you see online. The only problem with these pancakes is despite being low carb you could easily indulge in way too many just I did when eatinghigh carb foods. So I portioned them out and put some in freezer. Haven’t tried them yet.Next time I will half the recipe on the bag which is easy to do—-instead of 2 eggs you use 1. Then do the same for the rest of the ingredients. I think that would make 3 pancakes. I am only one eating lo carband these would be an occasional treat.”
“This is the best vegan gluten free pancake mix I have come across, it is much less crumbly than others I have tried. The flavor is really good, I add berries when putting them on pan. I haven’t tried making waffles yet but I’m sure it would work. The thickness is actually really good, I was surprised they fluffed up more than the other gluten free pancakes I’ve tried. Bochasweet mix actually has a good amount of protein per serving, which I was looking for.I don’t really have to add extra protein powder, I still wouldn’t mind more.I wouldn’t say the value is the best I wish the price would come down a bit. I would still buy this again versus others despite the price, I really like that it’s sugar free.”
