“I am a huge skeptic, but when I drink this mix I really feel more energized after. I also think it's helping my gut issues as well. My whole family is drinking it now. The taste isn't horrible, but it needs a bit of help to make it better. I usually mix it with almond milk and lakanto, sweetener. Smoothies are good too.”
