“This product actually lowers my blood sugars! I am able to lower my insulin dose if I take it daily, which of course I do! Have had T1D for 54 years and nothing, except for B complex vitamins sometimes, has every had this much of an impact. Just need to be sure to monitor my blood sugars regularly which of course I do with a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor). Very easy device to use btw. :)”
