“CocoBiotic tastes great and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the B.E.D. I already ate a strict dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, yeast-free, whole-food vegan diet. I followed the B.E.D. religiously for a month, but I became so constipated. I finally gave up after I went 5 days without a BM. I still consume cultured & ocean vegetables in addition to CocoBiotic.
