Hi Jane, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience. While the size chart is accurate for a vast majority of our customers it cannot accommodate everyone. Not everyone is made the same. As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the foot sleeves and it helped relieve heel pain and plantar fasciitis.
