“The product itself is great quality, unfortunately the size recommended for my feet cause a lot of pain as I'm size 12, so I'm right at the end of the size recommended. The product itself is great, as I initially said, but if you're size 12 consider going one size up.”

The size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers. However, like any garment, there are exceptions such as yourself. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have 30 days return policy, for exchanges, we will pay for shipping both ways. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return.
