“I have been wearing these socks for two weeks straight besides in the shower and there has been no improvement i have been taking pain killers and doing exercises with my feet with the socks on and there has been no improvement. I followed the sizing guide and measured my ankle not only are they a work out to get on but they have the same amount of tension from the toes to the top of the ankle therefore they are a compression sock and not a plantar fasciitis arch shaping sock that they boast to be. Do not waste your $50 on these socks with no technology to them”
