As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. “Finally got my shoulder in a comfortable Place with this sling with the body strap stops any movement in my shoulder as I await roator cuff surgery with four tears in it is great to stop too much movement”

“The design of the sling is excellent. However, even though the fabric is breathable, I still found it unbearably hot in our humid weather . I had to keep taking it off. Perhaps, there is some other fabric that would work.? Shirley Crowley”

Unfortunately, that is the only product or fabric that we have for the arm sling. We have a 30 day returns policy that allows you to try on our products to judge fit.
