“Having fallen whilst travelling the Australian Outback, I had a full thickness tear of the posterior medial meniscus that is not repairable, and significant bone bruising. Naturally the muscles around the knee have atrophied whilst I was on crutches. I'm not on crutches any more, thanks to this knee brace which has given me considerably more confidence to maintain my active lifestyle. It is very comfortable, and quite light and compact in its design which means that it is barely noticeable to others when I am wearing even narrow leg jeans. Moreover, it is not noticeable to me whilst wearing it. It is quite unobtrusive in terms of comfort, yet quite enabling and confidence-building. I have resumed motorcycling on my large capacity motorcycle, and wear the brace while riding, without any impediment to normal riding. All up, I could not be happier.”

“I USED IT FOR SNOW SKIING SEVERAL YEARS AND STILL USING IT ON BOTH KNEES. HAD OTHERS BRANDS OVER MANY DECADES, OVER 40 YEARS, NON CAME CLOSE TO MY MC DAVIDS”

“Had 3 arthroscopy operations for tear meniscus. Having weak and painfull knees now. I tried quite few knee braces but the McDavid 429 Knee Brace PSII is the best of them all. Can wear it most of the day with no problem and supports my kne very well.”

“Hi, found this product after many attempts with k9 products that just weren't strong enough for a large dog even though that was the recommendation. This product has been strong, I have flipped the metal brace to reduce movement in the hock and it has held up well. Also the wetsuit material has proved to be non abrasive or wear on his leg. The velcro clasps are strong and stay in place even though the brace has been pulled to be far smaller than intended. Really happy with this product even though its not the intended use.”

“thanks for very prompt postage and service. have worn it at work( nursing) for ten hour shift , walking and standing all day and find it very comfortable and a significant reduction in knee pain so far. very happy thank you.”

“I have had the brace for a week now. There is a huge difference in the stability of my knee. It is very comfortable. O am a larger guy so the sizing was almost a problem. I found getting a size larger helped and really paid off”
