What was the product used for? Pain relief for bursitis and rotator cuff inflammation

“It has taken a few days for my body to adjust to wearing it and for me to find the most comfortable position and I guess for the strap to stretch a bit. First few days resulted in a bit of chafing but Day 3 has been the most comfortable and the longest time I have worn it before having to take it off. It definitely eases the pain as when it is taken off I can feel the difference. Quite possibly, my rating may improve as time goes on”

“This is a high quality product and wearing it has really helped my shoulder injury. Initially I ordered the wrong size but Body Heal promptly replaced the original with the correct size. Thank you for that, as it meant no further delays in getting it into use!”

“Worst fitting brace I ever owned. Sadly thet are mot a one size fit all. Had to get it modified rubbed under the arm pit”

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the product did not match your expectations. As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provides the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. The McDavid Shoulder Brace Wrap 463 is not a one size fits most item but we do have 3 different sizes for the support. We do have Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Our 30 days returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. However, since you mentioned that you already had it modified I'm afraid we won't be able to accept your return. “The McDavid does the job but tends to chafe under the arms (some softer material here would be helpful). Also if you tend towards a muscular chest, go with a larger size as the sizing tends to be on the small side and this will help.”

As for the sizing, the size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers.
