“One size rarely fits all. Unfortunately this support is to large on my small arm. It is also really hard to put on as you have to try and hold it in place and close the Velcro with one hand.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with their original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/colour/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. “I have a torn common flexor tendon origin and the use of this wrap has made driving and regular keyboard work (have a nasty tendency to rest elbow on desk whilst typing which meant by the end of the day you couldn't even touch the medial epicondyle) possible again. No skin reactions, despite the fact I have a tendency towards eczema”

“I have always been a fan of McDavid products. The first time I purchased McDavid was 20 years ago in my hometown of Chicago. They are such well-made products that I actually still have that knee brace today, however, I no longer need to wear it as the brace helped me fully recover from my ailment. As for Bodyheal.com.au, I was very surprised and pleased at how quickly you mailed the product to me. I ordered it Wednesday night and Friday afternoon it was delivered to my front door. I have already told my co-workers at Woolworths about your website and I'm sure several of them will be contacting you because they are dealing with injuries from the day-to-day work duties. Thanks for providing an excellent product and customer service.”
