What was the product used for? An ankle which was a trimaleolar fracture and has take three years to strengthen.

“The Neo ankle strap size chart needs be amended as sizes are misleading. Runs VERY small. I have a particularly narrow foot and had to return it. I purchased an XL elsewhere where there was the option to click and collect. This was ideal as I was able to try it on. It can feel very tight on injured ankle, so I'd recommend selecting a larger size.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day returns/exchange policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/colour/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. Upon checking you already processed a return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
