“They look and feel very professional, my only concern was the largest size was XL, they should go up to XXXL as most people overweight or obese are those most in need, generally, of ankle and knee support. I hope they are big enough as they are a gift for an elderly overweight person having difficulty with stability. I would have chosen XXL if that size was available.”

As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as the person you will be giving the support to, hence why we strongly recommend to our customers to check the size chart first before placing their order. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. We have a 30-day return policy. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return. Please note products that are worn (more than to judge suitability or fit) will not meet our return policy. For exchanges to a different size/color/product, we will pay for shipping both ways. Also, our manager sent you an email, If you want something that feels tighter (more compression) then you can consider OS1st FS6 Plantar Fasciitis Black Compression Foot Sleeves (Pair)-XXL. However, there are a few things you should know. They will feel very tight and their main purpose is for plantar fasciitis (a sole/heel issue). So that's something you can consider. Otherwise, if you're after something for ankle sprains or weak ankles then you can have a look at the following: Our firmest Ankle Brace is the Medi Sports Ankle Brace with Stays-Extra Large the largest size it comes in is size XL. However, since it's a different brace it has a different way of measuring. We recommend having a look at the size guide. Then next in line is the Mueller ATF 3 Ankle Brace-Extra Large. This one comes in big sizes but again we recommend following the size guide as the largest size is for US Women's Shoe Size of 16 to 18. Hope that helps!
