“I am still getting used to using it. I have not found the right way to strap it for use while I work out BUT it is awesome for use in the office and at home and definitely prevents me from twisting my knee and making it "pop" :-)”

The size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers. However, like any garment, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one size guide that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. Returns have to be received in an as-new condition with its original packaging and will be inspected upon return.
