“Useless product. Followed instructions very carefully due to risk of water damage to bandages. Luckily had another brand waterproof protector (Bocco) underneath as within 1 minute of my son being in the water, the Body Heal product leaked extensively.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for leaving a review, I'm really sorry you weren't happy with the cast cover. Usually, our customers find this product to work quite well, without any leaks. It's one of our bestsellers and your experience is the first we know of where the cast cover did not work. Do you mind sending through photos of the cast cover if you believe it to be faulty? If there is a hole causing the leak we'll be happy to arrange a replacement.
