“Only 3 days in but really enjoying this. Being still is not something that comes easy to me and I have never done anything like this before but so loving the experience and looking forward to tomorrow. Having the option to do a different length session depending on daily schedule really helps and will help to keep me on track. The programme feels like it will be manageable evenwhen life gets busy.
